Performance-based pay structure: guaranteed $16.50 hourly + performance-based commission with potential! Training pay of additional $3.50 per hour during first four weeks of training.

As our Music Gear Sales Consultants, internally known as a Gear Advisor, you will:

  • Provide world-class sales support and customer service to all clients through learned skills in order management, product inquiries, cross selling, troubleshooting, company financing options, account status, and marketing promotions.
  • Manage all facets of the customer experience through all available contact channels - chat, email, inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients who interact with the business via web and phone orders.
  • Leverage the Salesforce platform to manage client relations, communications, sales activity, and outreach.
  • Grow a book of business through daily outbound calls to create relationships with new potential clients and foster relationships with existing clients.
  • Drive metric performance in the areas of sales, service, call handling, and quality standards.
  • Have ongoing exposure to instrument and product knowledge through vendor and in-house training.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be bilingual in english and spanish
  • Music industry experience in retail sales or as a musician, some gear/product knowledge is required.
  • Proficient with computers, be able to navigate systems and platforms such as Saleforce or similar systems.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must reside in the state of Tennessee, Indiana, or Utah
