What you'll do

The FP&A Senior Analyst is a high-performing team member who will support the FP&A Director by taking ownership of consolidating and providing financial analysis to the organization on Value Chain Operations (VCO) areas (Supply & Purchasing) as well as the Demand space and providing ad hoc analysis and support around enterprise planning and reporting. This position will be a key contributor to improve transparency on planning, budgeting, operating results, bench-marking, and will support ad-hoc analysis for the business.

* Create clarity regarding period close deliverables via development of timelines and templates

* Consolidate industrial reports from factories (excel & HFM) and periodic results (S4 Hana Public Cloud, Power BI, ...) during period close, and make sure of timely reporting and summary analysis of all financial information (Factory benchmark, Inventory reports, etc...)

* Develop, improve and simplify tools and models for reporting and P&L management

* Prepare summary presentation and review them with Finance team (closing deck + communication to stakeholders)

* Support Overhead agenda & business partnering through appropriate reporting (Closing, Accrual management, budget rebalancing in S4 Hana, ...) and for global H&W Overhead reporting (commercia, Engineering, manufacturing, logistics, Marketing, Sales, etc.).

* Coordinate Annual Execution Plan and YEE Forecasting processes

* Establish timelines and templates for execution plan and year end estimate process and support consistency of assumptions with H&W platform S&F

* Unlocks efficiency through standardization of data input and capture (templates and guidelines) in forecast, IVCP and AEP

* Be the key connection point between finance and FP&A team to ensure accurate translation of information into HFM reporting systems.

* Strong collaboration skills with attention to details

* Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)

* Highly organized and detail oriented

You have...

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience/ CPA preferred.

* 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance or Demand Finance

* Strong expertise in modelling, ROI analysis and quantitative analysis

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team and maintain high ethical standards of integrity and quality.

* Ability to have an innovative and dynamic approach to work.
