Position Overview: As a Client Delivery Operations Analyst intern, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting RP's internal operations, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our Client Delivery Organization. This full-time, remote internship opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management Support:

  • Assist in tracking and analyzing financial performance for programs to include providing support in the preparation and tracking of invoices, budgets, and expenses.

2. Program Execution and Delivery Assistance:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure the timely and successful completion of project deliverables, coordinating resources and tasks as needed.

3. Contract Compliance and Documentation:

  • Assist in monitoring project activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and client expectations, supporting documentation and reporting processes.

4. Risk Management Support:

  • Assist Project Managers in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to project schedules, quality standards, and performance objectives, contributing to overall project success and client satisfaction.

5. Administrative and Operational Support:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers overseeing federal contracts in various portfolios.
  • Prepare and monitor corporate reports, ensuring timely submission and dissemination.
  • Support operational needs of the Client Delivery organization as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in business administration or equivalent experience; military experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint).
  • Eligible to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to routinely shifting demands and priorities.
  • Knowledge of the federal government or government contractors is a plus.
