Responsibilities:

* As part of the Enterprise Controls Management Team, responsible for controls validations.

* Assess existing controls, work with management to comply with testing requirements.

* Identify control deficiencies, monitor progress of control deficiency remediation plans, and report controls issues to management.

* Build good relationship with various Control Planner Groups

* Recommend and develop processes to identify, mitigate and regularly track risk related to various departments and their areas of responsibility.

* Familiarity working with RSA Archer system is a plus

* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Requires a Bachelors degree and 4+ years risk management, analysis, auditing or other directly related experience.

* Extensive knowledge of risk modeling, analysis and management techniques and practices.

* Knowledge of various bank/government regulatory requirements and processes.

* Ability to work with employees and management.

* Must have excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.

* Must be able to meet deadlines.

* Knowledge of department specific computer applications and software.
