We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerwith strong Cybersecurity and Scrum Master experience.You will support cybersecurity initiatives and agile teams focused on technology related to data protection, vulnerability management, identity and access management, incident response, and endpoint/edge defense. The Project Managerwe are seeking has a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement complex initiatives. As a natural born leader, you will have a strong talent for servant leadership, project coordination and reporting. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and value delivery resulting in effective cyber operations.

The Project Manager will:

  • Lead full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously and/or leadership of agile teams delivering work for multiple initiatives
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and other assigned project and program managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for initiatives
  • Manage delivery teams for optimal return-on-investment, delivery of business outcomes and coordinate and delegate cross-portfolio initiatives
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Develop and manage budget for initiatives and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities
  • Foster teamwork
  • Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
  • Produce reports and metrics for management and stakeholders
  • Facilitate transition to agile methodologies as defined by SAFe.

Technical Experience and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in project management including tracking and planning projects, ideally in technology implementations
  • 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
  • SAFe certifications or demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer are preferred
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Requires a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or demonstrated equivalent experience and skill preferred
  • High level of proficiency with project planning tools such as ADO and ServiceNow as well as office applications Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership
  • Working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.

A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

Location: This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.

The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus will be the company's primary technology and operations center.
