Load Planner

C.R. England, global transportation solutions provider, is interested in hiring Load Planners to match all loads for the trucks entering their geographical areas of responsibility.

The Load Planner is an essential part of CR England's asset based business unit whos' main responsibilities include:

• Supervision of all local drivers in their assigned area
• Coordinating with Driver Managers and drivers to insure all loads are matched and acknowledged to maximize efficiency

The ideal candidate is a professional with excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.

• Prior experience in a high call volume atmosphere, as well as strong geographical knowledge of the United States is a must.
• Experience in the transportation industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of AS400 IT systems, Microsoft Office and related tools are all preferred.
• A four year degree is preferred.
